Wednesday Season 2 - Promo S.A.

To celebrate the release of Wednesday Season 2, Fox & Wizard had the opportunity to bring a little supernatural flair to a high-energy social media campaign—right here in South Africa.

Produced by Johannesburg-based digital content studio Soul Clap, led by Bevan Godden and Junia Tsekiso, the promo featured Furs, Sirens, Fangs, Stoners—and just the right amount of chaos.

Our VFX work included:

• A stylised, electric explosion with inky black and purple smoke—true to Wednesday's eerie aesthetic

• Glowing eyes and shimmering scales for the Sirens, along with vibrating pulses of their hypnotizing voice

• Cleanup 

• final titles

It was a blast to work on something bold, playful, and proudly local for a global phenomenon like Wednesday. Big thanks to the Soul Clap team—we loved collaborating on this one.
